Order and deliveries

Will I receive confirmation with my order?

Of course! When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Didn't receive anything after 60 minutes? Check your spam! If you have opted for delivery via PostNL, you will receive a separate email from us containing a track & trace code, so that you can track your package 24/7.

 Will I receive a track and trace code?

Yes, you will receive a track and trace code. If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, it will be delivered to your neighbors or a collection point.

 My delivery is incomplete. How is that possible?

We do our best to keep our range up to date. However, it may happen that an item is temporarily out of stock or cannot be sent to you for other reasons. If this is the case, you will always receive an email about this and the paid amount will be refunded to your account.

Payment options

Can I return a custom-made item?

Yes, this is possible if you keep the Flexplinth in the original size as delivered. You can also immediately indicate which size you need. 

When will I receive my refund after return?

The refund after return can take up to 14 days.

 

Exchanges and returns

How should I return?

At Flexplint the following applies: money back if not good. After receipt you have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement. You can return the products to us within these 14 days. After the package has been returned, we will make the refund using the return form.

What is the correct packaging for my return?

After completing the returns form, you can place the items you want to return together with the returns form in the original Flexplint shipping bag.

Products and warranty

Can all products be returned, or are any items excluded?

All items may be returned. The returned items must be received by us in their original packaging.

What are warranty conditions?

The legal warranty applies to all our products. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Is your order damaged or defective or are you dissatisfied with an item and do you think you are entitled to a warranty? Please contact us. You will receive a substantive response to your complaint within 5 working days. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl) or to this Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/ odr/)
