Shipping and Returns

1 Send 

After placing the order, you will automatically receive an email containing the order confirmation and the returns form. As soon as your package is scanned in the sorting center, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code.

You will receive orders within 5 working days.

2 Returns 

We are sorry if the product is not quite what you expected, but you can return your order (partially) within 14 days of receipt. 

Make sure you include a returns form in your return package.

You can download the return form here . Are you unable to print the returns form? Then add a piece of paper to your return package with the order number, your name, the items that are being returned, the reason for the return and whether you would like to exchange the items for a different size.

When returning your item(s), always ask for proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code and keep it safe. Without this code we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company.

Belgium and Germany

If you live in Belgium and you want to return the (partial) order, you can send an email to info@flexplint.nl stating your order number. The shipping costs are always at your own expense. Always include a completed returns form or a separate note with your return shipment stating your name, order number, items that are being returned, reason for return and/or size exchange. The returns form can be found with your order or can be downloaded here. When returning your item(s), always ask for proof of shipment with Track & Trace code and keep it safe. If we have received the package in the Netherlands, you will receive confirmation of this.

The return conditions

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt;

The item to be returned must be unused;

The item to be returned must still have the attached tape and be packaged in the original packaging;

The item to be returned contains no signs of wear;

If an item does not meet our return conditions, you unfortunately cannot return it. We cannot process the returned item and the refund will not be initiated. If you would like to receive the returned item back, you must indicate this and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

3 Exchange

Do you like the item you received, but not the right color? No problem! You can indicate on the return form, which is attached to the confirmation email, which item you want to exchange and for which color. If in stock we will send you the new product. 

4 Refund

You can use the Track & Track code to track whether your return shipment has arrived at our warehouse. After receiving a return shipment, your return will be processed within 14 days and the refund will be initiated. You will receive an email with further information about the refund. 

Always keep the Track & Trace code of your return shipment. Without this code we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company. Processing a return is not possible without an order number or name, so please state this clearly on the returns form or a separate piece of paper. If the return shipment is sent to the incorrect return address, it must still be ensured that the package arrives at the correct address to process the return.
